Pocket Pal is a mobile app for organizing plans, checklists, and reminders. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.
Account information. To use Pocket Pal, you create an account with an email address and password. Your password is never stored in readable form — it's handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase.
Content you create. Plans, checklists, reminders, and any color or scheduling preferences you set are stored so they're available across your sessions. If you invite someone to a plan, the email address you enter for them is stored and used to send that one invitation.
Advertising data. Pocket Pal shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to show and measure ads, and to personalize them based on your interests, subject to your device's ad tracking settings. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly — see Google's ad policy for details on how it's handled.
Pocket Pal doesn't sell your data. It's shared only with the services that make the app work:
You can edit or delete any plan, list, or reminder directly within the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, open Settings → Delete account within the app. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything tied to it — this can't be undone. If you're unable to access the app, you can also email edwintobiasposini@gmail.com to request deletion.
Pocket Pal is not directed at children, and knowingly does not collect information from children under 13.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect your data, including database-level access controls that ensure only you can see your own plans, lists, and reminders. No method of storing or transmitting data is 100% secure, and this can't be guaranteed absolutely.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change.
